The FS32-series – with new high-performance technology (HPF) – was developed especially for the sterilization of surfaces. The HPF technology provides an up to 2.5 times higher power compared the prior FS-series and therefore is qualified to meet special sterilization requirements.
Unwanted microorganisms are often brought in from the outside and adhere to surfaces. The result: Germs, viruses, yeasts and mildews are inevitably distributed through the production environment, can proliferate here and
re-contaminate the products. A quality reduction and shortening of the minimum durability are the result.
The FS32-UV-C-system of STERILSYSTEMS permits a sterilization up to 99.999 %; germs, viruses, yeasts and mildews will be effectively eliminated and their proliferation will be stopped.
FS32 sterilization systems can be used individually and, thanks to their easy installation, they can be adapted to almost any disinfection area.
The system consists of an UV-C radiator and splinter protection and it is additionally equipped with an integrated HPF reflector. The housing is made of a high-quality stainless steel and is in accordance with the highest hygienic requirements.
The system is completely watertight and is in accordance with IP68. The front-end electronics can optionally be delivered with or without switch cabinet. Monitoring the radiators is possible on request – in case of a failure, this will be displayed through indicator lamps or a floating output telecommunication contact.
The exchange of the radiators is very simple and can be accomplished with a few hand movements, without additional maintenance costs.
