Specially developed for the sterilisation of the air flow in central air-conditioning and ventilating devices. Here rather often undesirable microorganisms form. Often they also get infiltrated from outside by the fresh air or the recirculating air. The result: germs, viruses, yeasts and mould spores almost unavoidably are disseminated in the production and processing rooms and multiply continuously. There is a not insignificant minimization of the quality and the durability of the manufactured product and obviously an impairment of health of the cooperators.
STERILSYSTEMS with the module KLM offers an efficacious„remedy“, which is placed right next to the ventilation duct, exactly syntonised to the respectively occurring air flow, and thus may fully unfold its purifying effect – to be precise 99,99 per cent of the germs, viruses, yeasts and mould spores get killed off and prevented from reproduction. The individual assembly to existing systems is quite simple.
High-quality stainless steel and an extra high surface finish meet even the highest requirements. The waterprotected UV-C lamps get placed in the casing in a way, to avoid a perceptible pressure decrease. With an optional persistant control eventual disturbances get indicated by indicator lamps or shown by a signaling contact.
The extremely long operational life span makes the employment of the modules highly profitable, the emitter change may be realised quite simply and without any extra maintenance charges. Upon request for this emitter we also supply a splinter shield.
